By installing or using this application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. This App is developed by independent developer(s) ("the Developer") and is not an official product of, or endorsed by, monday.com.

2. License and Scope of Use

The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App within your monday.com environment. The App is currently provided entirely for free. The Developer reserves the right to:

  • Modify or remove features at any time.
  • Offer optional, non-obligatory paid services or "pro" versions in the future.
  • Limit usage if it interferes with the stability of the service.

3. No Guarantee of Support or Availability

Because this is a free, solo-run project:

Support: There is no obligation to provide technical support, bug fixes, or updates.

Uptime: No guarantee of availability or "uptime" is provided. The App may be taken offline or discontinued at any time without notice.

Data: You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. The Developer is not responsible for any data loss within your monday.com boards.

4. External & Professional Services

The Developer may occasionally mention or offer third-party services, freelance assistance, or agency-related consulting.

  • These services are not part of the App software.
  • Any engagement for such services is a separate agreement between you and the provider.
  • The Developer is not liable for any outcomes, payments, or disputes arising from these external professional engagements.

5. Third-Party Links and Dependencies

The App may contain links to external websites or rely on third-party JavaScript libraries and APIs to function.

  • The Developer does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, privacy policies, or reliability of any third-party sites or services.
  • Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or "scrape" the App's code.
  • Use the App for any illegal activities or to violate monday.com's own policies.
  • Interfere with the App's security or performance.
